Business use
This website supports business-to-business product and printing enquiries. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, availability or operation. Please do not upload malicious, unlawful or irrelevant files.
Quotation requests are not orders
Submitting a project brief, uploading artwork or saving a Product Preview Tool layout does not create an order or payment obligation, reserve production capacity or confirm feasibility, specification, price, tax, delivery timing or availability. A project becomes binding only when the parties accept the applicable final project documents, invoice or written contract and any stated payment and approval conditions are satisfied.
Product and price information
Published price tiers are indicative and follow the quantity breaks and assumptions shown for the applicable product. The final quotation may vary with the confirmed product, quantity, material, colour, size, artwork, printing method, number of print colours or positions, currency, tax, packing and delivery requirements. The accepted project documents take priority over general website information.
Artwork, Product Preview Tool layouts and approvals
An uploaded file or Product Preview Tool layout is an initial design brief showing customer-supplied artwork and intended placement. We use your submitted artwork and requirements to prepare a proposed layout. It is not finished artwork, a colour-accurate rendering, a manufacturing specification or approval for production. Production starts only after the required proof, specifications, final price, invoice, payment and other approvals have been recorded through the agreed process.
We ask you to check names, spelling, colours, dimensions and placement on the formal proof before approving production. You are responsible for having permission to use all artwork, trade marks, designs, photographs and other material you submit. You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful.
Samples, materials and tolerances
Screen colours and the Product Preview Tool cannot reliably reproduce physical materials or print colours. Materials, measurements, shade, print position and finish may have normal manufacturing tolerances. Any sample requirement, colour standard, tolerance or testing requirement must be confirmed in the project quotation or specification before production.
Payment, changes and delivery
Payment stages, cancellation or change costs, production timing, shipping terms, import responsibilities, taxes and delivery estimates are project-specific and are stated in the accepted quotation, invoice or contract. Delivery dates remain estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Changes requested after approval or production start may affect price and timing and may not be possible.
Problems with a project
Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible if you believe there is a quality issue, and within any reporting period stated in the accepted project documents. Include the project reference, quantities affected, a clear description, overview photographs, close-up photographs of the issue, and photographs of the outer carton or labels where relevant. Please keep the affected goods and packaging available while the report is reviewed.
We assess a report against the approved proof and project specification, agreed tolerances, delivery condition and applicable contract. We will confirm the review outcome and any available next steps in writing. These website terms do not promise a refund, replacement or other remedy; any remedy is determined for the individual project under the agreed documents and applicable law.
Website availability and liability
We take reasonable care with the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Any project-specific limits, exclusions or insurance requirements must be stated in the accepted contract rather than inferred from website content.
Governing law
Unless the accepted project documents state otherwise, these website terms and non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms when the website, operating process or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
