Design & printing

Built around your specification

Start with a logo, a reference or a complete design. We use your files and written brief to clarify the product, print method and intended placement before a formal production proof is approved.

From artwork to approval

A human-reviewed design process.

01

Share your starting point

Choose a catalogue product or describe a bespoke idea, then add your logo, artwork, reference files and written requirements.

02

Show the intended result

For prepared catalogue products, use the Product Preview Tool to indicate the print side, approximate position, size and rotation.

03

Review product and print fit

We assess the product surface, print area, artwork detail, colour requirements, quantity and intended use before confirming an approach.

04

Approve the production proof

A separate proof records the artwork, size and placement to be approved with the applicable specification and quotation before production.

Product Preview Tool

Communicate the idea.

The Product Preview Tool is available only where a reviewed product image and print area have been prepared. It records your intended side, position, size and rotation; it does not verify print feasibility or colour accuracy.

  • Use SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP for the on-screen placement preview
  • Upload AI, CDR, EPS, PDF or PSD separately with the project brief as the production source file
  • If you have only a production source file, add a JPG or PNG copy to show the intended placement
  • Front and back artwork can be positioned separately
  • Saved placement travels with the project brief

Production artwork & proof

Confirm what will be made.

For production artwork, send AI, CDR, EPS or PDF vector source files where available. PSD files should be prepared at 300 ppi or above; JPG files should be at least 2000 × 3000 pixels. Our designer uses the source artwork and project details to prepare or refine the proposed layout.

  • Product and printing feasibility are reviewed
  • Artwork, size and placement are recorded
  • Your separate approval is required before production

Choosing the print approach

The right method depends on the complete brief.

Screen printing, transfer methods and digital printing suit different combinations of product, artwork and quantity. A preferred method can be requested, but compatibility is confirmed during quotation.

Compare printing methods
Product material and printable surface
Artwork detail, resolution and line weight
Number of colours and colour references
Print size, position and number of sides
Order quantity and expected product use
Finish, packing and delivery requirements

Colour and revisions: share Pantone or other brand-colour references when available. Displays and monitors cannot reproduce physical materials or print colours reliably. Proof revisions, colour standards, samples and any related costs are confirmed for the individual project rather than assumed from the website.
