Returned items must be:

  • Free of damage caused after delivery
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if included)

3. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Special clearance/final-sale items marked as non-returnable

4. Wrong Item / Defective Item

If you received the wrong item or an item with a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos/videos. After verification, we will offer a suitable solution such as replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

5. Return Process

  3. Ship the item back according to the approved return instructions.

6. Return Shipping Cost

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, confirmed defect, or shipping damage), return shipping cost is usually paid by the customer.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The final posting time depends on your payment provider/bank.

8. Exchange

Exchange availability depends on stock. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.
