This policy explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used by Vivaese, including optional Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Microsoft Clarity.
Strictly necessary storage
Project submission receipt — vivaese_quote_receipt confirms a successful project submission in the same browser for up to 15 minutes. It is a secure, HTTP-only, same-site cookie and does not provide access to project files.
These technologies are used to provide the service you request and cannot be switched off through the analytics choice.
- Product Preview Tool session storage — keeps an in-progress Product Preview Tool layout available when you move into the project brief. It is removed when the browser session ends or after a successful relevant submission.
- Administration session cookie —
vivaese_adminis used only after an authorised staff member signs in to the protected administration area. It is secure, HTTP-only, same-site and expires after up to eight hours.
Preference cookies
site_locale remembers the language you choose and site_currency remembers the currency display you choose. Each is a first-party, same-site preference cookie with a maximum lifetime of one year. These choices do not identify you personally and do not enable advertising.
Optional analytics
Analytics are disabled unless you enable “Analytics” and save your privacy choices. If allowed, session storage holds a random analytics identifier and first-touch campaign or referral information until the browser session ends. First-party events are sent to our application database, and Google Analytics 4 receives page views and quotation journey events. Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies, configured to expire after up to 180 days without renewal. We disable Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation. Declining analytics does not affect the design or quotation functions.
Optional advertising measurement
Google Ads measurement is disabled unless you separately allow advertising measurement. When allowed, Google receives advertising click identifiers and website measurement data, and may use _gcl_* cookies to associate ad interactions with later enquiries. We do not enable personalised advertising or upload your contact details for enhanced conversions. Declining advertising measurement does not affect your quotation or design.
Optional heatmaps and session recordings
Clarity is disabled unless you separately allow “Heatmaps and session recordings”. Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page layouts on public browsing pages to help us improve usability. We use strict text masking and do not record quotation, thank-you, Product Preview Tool or administration pages. Pages with query parameters or fragments are excluded. Clarity may use _clck and _clsk cookies to connect visits and page views. Advertising storage is denied for Clarity.
Your preference
Your separate analytics, advertising measurement and session recording choices are stored in local storage for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw these choices using the button below. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant collection; resetting your choices removes Google Analytics, Google Ads and Clarity cookies from this device. This does not delete records already collected.
Managing storage in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent the Product Preview Tool, language or currency preferences, or staff sign-in from working as intended.
