Manufacturing partners and shipping origins
Our partner factories are mainly located in China and Vietnam. Products are shipped from China and Vietnam.
Typical bulk production and transport timing
Bulk production usually takes 4–6 working days from confirmation that payment has been received. Transport normally takes around 8–12 calendar days. Final timing depends on the quantity, customisation and destination and is confirmed in the quotation.
Custom-sample production timing is confirmed after design and specification review.
Bulk-order shipping is quoted separately. The $50 custom-sample fee includes shipping.
Artwork and proof
The formal production proof records the agreed artwork and placement. It must be approved separately from the Product Preview Tool layout.
Project-specific checks
Relevant product, print and packing checks are agreed according to the specification. Unverified universal tolerances or inspection claims are not assumed.
Packing and delivery
Target country, preferred date and shipment terms are reviewed before cost and timing are confirmed in the quotation.

Confirm the specification and delivery assumptions
Shipping is quoted separately. A requested arrival date is a requirement to assess, not a confirmed delivery promise. Product review, proof approval, samples and transport arrangements affect the plan.
What information is needed for a delivery quote?
Provide the product, quantity, delivery country, full postcode and required arrival date. Mention multiple destinations or special access requirements. The quotation confirms the transport arrangement, charges and timing available for the project.
Are VAT and import charges included?
Do not infer tax or import treatment from the website language or displayed currency. Ask for the formal quotation to identify included and excluded charges and the applicable delivery and invoicing terms for your destination.
