Common project questions
Straight answers about products, artwork, guide prices, minimum quantities, lead times and delivery.
Products & minimum quantities
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products start from 50 pieces. Check the minimum order quantity on the relevant product page, or send us your idea if the product is not yet listed.
Can I order 50 pieces?
Yes. Many products can start from 50 pieces; the product page shows the applicable minimum order quantity.
Can I customise the size, colour or construction?
Yes. Tell us the dimensions, material, colour, handles, closures, finishes or other details you need, and we will include them in your project brief.
Can I customise a product that is not listed on your website with my own design?
Yes. Our printable product range goes beyond bags and includes T-shirts, mugs, insulated bottles, tea sets and umbrellas. Share your product idea and artwork, and we will help you start the project.
Can you provide custom packaging, labels or inserts?
Yes. Add the packing, label, tag or insert details to your project brief so we can include them in the project scope.
Artwork & printing
Which artwork files can I send?
The project brief accepts AI, CDR, EPS, PDF, PSD, SVG, PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB each. Vector originals are preferred when available. PSD files should be prepared at 300 ppi or above, and JPG files should be at least 2000 × 3000 pixels. The Product Preview Tool supports SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP files.
What happens to my uploaded artwork or Product Preview Tool layout?
It becomes your initial design brief, showing the intended print side, position, size and rotation. We use your submitted artwork and requirements to prepare a proposed layout, then send a formal proof for your review before production.
Can you help improve or position my artwork?
Yes. Send the best available source file and describe the result you want. We can use that information to prepare the proposed layout.
Can you print different artwork on the front and back?
Yes, where the selected product and printing method support it. Upload each side separately and describe the required layout.
Which printing method should I choose?
That depends on the product surface, artwork detail, colours, print area, quantity and intended use. Select a preferred method or leave it undecided for review.
Can you match Pantone or brand colours?
Provide Pantone or other brand-colour references. We review colour matching for the selected material and print method; the achievable result and any physical sample requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
Samples & approvals
Does the $50 custom-sample fee include shipping?
The $50 custom-sample fee includes shipping and is fully credited to your first order. We confirm the design, specification, feasibility, destination and timing before payment.
How long does custom sampling take?
We confirm the sample production and delivery schedule after reviewing your design and specification. The bulk-production guide does not set a sample deadline.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. We only make custom samples to your design and agreed specification. Send your artwork and requirements; we confirm feasibility, the production proof and timing before making the sample.
Is the Product Preview Tool the final production proof?
No. The Product Preview Tool shows your current layout intention. We send a separate production proof for you to check before manufacturing starts.
Pricing & payment
What is included in the guide price?
Published prices include printing for the published product specification. Additional construction features, such as pockets, buttons or closures, cost extra and require a confirmed quotation. The quotation confirms the print method, sides, colours and area, any specification changes, taxes and delivery charges.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. We make a sample using your approved design and specification. The $50 includes shipping and is fully credited to your first order. Approving a sample does not authorise bulk production.
Does the website price include VAT, delivery or import charges?
Do not assume that delivery, tax or import charges are included in a displayed guide price. The formal quotation identifies the included and excluded charges for your destination.
When do I pay?
Once the design, specification and price are agreed, we issue an invoice with the payment stages and method.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. We issue an invoice for the agreed project with the currency, payment terms and project charges.
Production & delivery
Where are your partner factories located, and where do products ship from?
Our partner factories are mainly located in China and Vietnam. Products are shipped from China and Vietnam.
How long does bulk production and transport take?
Bulk production usually takes 4–6 working days from confirmation that payment has been received. Transport normally takes around 8–12 calendar days. Final timing depends on the quantity, customisation and destination and is confirmed in the quotation.
Can you deliver to my country?
Yes. We arrange delivery to the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Russia, the Middle East including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Latin America including Brazil and Mexico, and countries across Southeast Asia.
Can you arrange urgent or split deliveries?
Include your required date, delivery addresses and any split-shipment request in the project brief. Availability, cost and timing are assessed before confirmation.
What quality checks are completed?
We check the product, print and packing against the approved project specification before shipment.
Files, privacy & project support
Will my artwork and product idea remain private?
Artwork and design records are stored as private project files and access is limited to authorised staff and suppliers that need them to assess, quote, design, manufacture, quality-check or deliver the project. Please review the Privacy Policy for retention, international processing and data-rights information.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
Email [email protected] with your project reference, affected quantity, a clear description, overview photos, close-up photos of the issue, and photos of the outer carton or labels where relevant. We review the report against the approved project specification and the Terms.

Business buying guide
Understand the quote before approving your project
Read product-specific information alongside the quotation. A website price, reference image or requested delivery date does not replace the agreed specification and project terms.
How can I compare supplier quotations fairly?
Compare the same material, dimensions, construction, quantity, print size, sides, colours and packing. Ask each quote to identify product, printing, setup, sampling, shipping and applicable tax charges, including anything excluded.
Does choosing Spanish change my delivery destination or currency?
No. Language, delivery destination and display currency are separate choices. State your destination in the brief and check the quotation for the agreed currency, delivery availability and charges.
