Timing and transport
Bulk production usually takes 4–6 working days from confirmation that payment has been received. Transport normally takes around 8–12 calendar days. Final timing depends on the quantity, customisation and destination and is confirmed in the quotation.
Custom-sample production timing is confirmed after design and specification review.
The available shipping method and estimated delivery window are confirmed before you accept the quotation. Website timing is guidance, not a guaranteed arrival date. Remote destinations, customs clearance and changes to the brief may affect timing.
Shipping charges, taxes and currency
Bulk-order shipping is quoted separately. The quotation identifies the delivery charge, delivery basis, and included or excluded taxes, duties and import responsibilities. We do not assume that VAT or all import charges are included.
The custom-sample fee is USD 50 and includes shipping. The fee is fully credited to your first order. The sample is made to your design and agreed specification; review and approval take place before production.
GBP means British pounds, EUR means euros and USD means US dollars. Catalogue guide prices use the displayed currency selection. The quotation and invoice explicitly confirm the agreed payment currency and final amount; website guide prices are not a binding quotation.
