Digital printing

Digital printing may suit detailed, full-colour artwork on compatible products or printable material. The substrate, ink system, finish, artwork resolution and order quantity determine whether it is suitable.

Method 02

Screen printing

Screen printing may suit bold artwork with defined colours and repeat production quantities. Artwork review determines whether the detail, ink, colour count and intended surface are appropriate.

Method 03

Heat transfer

Heat transfer may suit detailed or multi-colour artwork on compatible surfaces. The chosen transfer material, finish, durability requirement and production quantity must be reviewed for the project.

Method 04

Sublimation printing

Sublimation printing is considered only for suitable sublimation-ready materials or coated products. We review the product surface, artwork, expected colour result and intended use before confirming this method.

Method 05

Embroidery

Embroidery may suit artwork that can be translated into stitched detail on a compatible textile product. We review line detail, stitch coverage, material thickness and the intended finished appearance.

Artwork file requirements

Send the best production file you have.

Vector source files are preferred because they preserve artwork detail at the required print size. Your artwork is reviewed with the selected product and method before a formal production proof is prepared.

Preferred vector files: AI, CDR, EPS or PDF
PSD files: prepare at 300 ppi or above
JPG files: at least 2000 × 3000 pixels
Optional supporting files: SVG or PNG
