Custom Bag Buying Guide for Business Orders

How to choose a bag, compare specifications and prepare artwork, sample and delivery requirements for a complete business quotation.

Start with the intended use and contents of the bag. Then compare dimensions, construction and the published minimum; prepare artwork and delivery details for a quotation. Approve the specification and production proof before manufacturing.

Approximate dimensions and details awaiting confirmation should not be treated as final specifications. Check the product page and quotation for the applicable conditions.

1. Compare specifications before choosing a product

Use the product details to shortlist a bag. Material names alone do not confirm fibre composition, fabric weight, carrying capacity or suitability for your contents.

How do I compare two catalogue bags?

Compare the stated material, body dimensions, gusset, handles and minimum quantity. Check whether measurements are approximate. Share the size and intended weight of the contents so suitability can be reviewed; do not infer a load rating from a photograph.

What does an approximate specification mean?

Reference dimensions and details marked as subject to confirmation are starting points for a quote. Request the final specification and, where necessary, a sample before approving production.

2. Separate standard options from a bespoke request

A published option belongs to the selected product. A different size, material, handle or construction needs a separate feasibility review and may change the minimum quantity, price and sampling needs.

Can every bag use every customisation option?

No. Use the options shown on the selected product as the starting point. Describe additional requirements in your brief; the quotation confirms availability and any effect on quantity, price or timing.

How should I specify a different bag size?

Give the required width, height and depth, explain what the bag needs to carry, and state whether dimensions are internal or external. Include handle, closure and packaging requirements so the construction can be reviewed.

3. Prepare an artwork brief that can be reviewed

The print method is selected for the product and artwork together. A preview shows your intended layout; it does not confirm ink, colour accuracy, printable area or production readiness.

What should I send with my logo?

Send the original vector file if available, plus your intended print size, position, number of sides and colour references. If you only have a raster image, provide the highest-resolution original. Artwork suitability is checked at the proposed print size.

Is the online preview the final production proof?

No. The Product Preview Tool records layout intentions. A separate production proof shows the agreed artwork, size and placement for approval before mass production. Discuss physical colour or finish checks if they are critical to your project.

4. Review your design before bulk production

Your sample is made to the approved artwork and specification. Use it to review material, construction and the print result before separately approving a bulk order.

Will my custom sample include my logo?

Yes. We make the sample against your approved design and specification. Upload your artwork or attach a securely saved design, then approve the production proof before sample production.

What does the $50 sample fee include?

The $50 custom-sample fee includes shipping and is fully credited to your first order. Feasibility, specifications and timing are confirmed before payment.

5. Confirm the specification and delivery assumptions

Shipping is quoted separately. A requested arrival date is a requirement to assess, not a confirmed delivery promise. Product review, proof approval, samples and transport arrangements affect the plan.

What information is needed for a delivery quote?

Provide the product, quantity, delivery country, full postcode and required arrival date. Mention multiple destinations or special access requirements. The quotation confirms the transport arrangement, charges and timing available for the project.

Are VAT and import charges included?

Do not infer tax or import treatment from the website language or displayed currency. Ask for the formal quotation to identify included and excluded charges and the applicable delivery and invoicing terms for your destination.

6. Prepare a complete brief before requesting a quote

A useful quote request identifies what you need to make, how many you need and where and when it must arrive. Clear requirements reduce repeated questions during specification and artwork review.

What details should my brief contain?

Include your business contact details, chosen product or reference, quantity, artwork, print sides, colours, delivery country, postcode and required date. Add any custom dimensions, packaging, sample needs or budget constraints.

Does submitting a brief confirm an order?

No. A brief starts a project review. The specification, price, delivery arrangements and production proof must be confirmed through the quotation and approval process.
